COLLEGES
A neutral associative structure
The college structure offers each member of G & CTI an equivalent voice to carry their ideas. Thus, each college is independent in the selection of its priority issues and free to submit them to the strategic committee so that they are defined as a priority for all the members of the think-tank. Via the system of working groups, the chosen themes will then be dealt with in order to put in place concrete solutions.

Each college elects a president who represents it within G & CTI's strategic committee, thus offering an equal share of the vote to each of them.
Role and missions of the strategic committee
Meeting at least every 6 months, the strategic committee defines the main strategic orientations, planning and themes to be dealt with for the current year. All decisions are thus taken in the presence of representatives of each college, each having an equivalent vote to vote on the strategic axes of the year. The members of the G & CTI office are also present (presidency and treasury managers).
